VENDOR PARKING:
Street Parking Available: restrictions apply, so read the signs.
Park in the lot on the corner of Quincy and Washington.
Park at the Arlington Planetarium.
No parking in the lot across Quincy Street from Washington-Liberty High School.
SET UP:
Set up time for vendors is Friday evening, November 3rd at 10:30 pm.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, NO EARLIER THAN 10:30 PM.
MONEY REMINDERS:
Vendors pay $20 cash per spot.
Snack bar open - cash only.
Bills over $20 not accepted.
Overview
WHERE: In the I-66 garage at North Quincy and 15th Street in Arlington, adjacent to Washington Liberty High School and the Arlington Planetarium.
WHEN: The first Saturday of each month, April through November, from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. Set up is the evening before beginning at a time that is announced about a week out.
PORTABLE RESTROOMS: Level E of the parking garage at the 15th St entrance.
PARKING: No cars in the garage by start of sale. Street Parking Available, but please read signs regarding parking restrictions. Additional parking is available at the corner of Quincy and Washington Streets and at the Arlington Planetarium. No parking in the lot across Quincy Street from Washington-Liberty High School.
RULES: Please abide by all of the rules outlined in this email or we risk loosing the privilege of using the garage.
General Rules
Setting up in the I-66 parking spaces, vendor agrees to abide by the following rules:
Set-up within the lined parking spaces (typical 9' x 18' size).
Complete set up no later than 7:00 am Saturday morning; no cars can drive through the garage from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Vendor may NOT SELL WEAPONS, PLANTS, FOOD OR BEVERAGES onsite.
PLEASE LEAVE NOTHING BEHIND OR RISK LOSS OF PRIVILEGE TO PARTICIPATE. Free or trash items must be placed at the designated area at the 15th Street entrance prior to 3:00 pm on the day of sale.
Vendor will keep sales records for tax purposes.
Vendor will not reserve parking spaces using autos, boxes, tape, rope or other materials ahead of setting up tables in spaces.
Vendor will not set up in spaces on B level that are designated for the Snack Bar and Civitan activity.
On Friday, vendors will use only the portable toilets and washing stands.
